Terms, in plain words
- Scope. Each package is the list above. Anything else is a new order.
- Revisions. Preview packs include 2 revision rounds. Code packages include one round of fixes against the written scope.
- Apple. Previews are made to Apple's published specs as of the order date. Whether Apple accepts your app or preview is up to Apple. We don't guarantee review outcomes.
- Your materials. You confirm you own or have the rights to what you send, and you keep ownership of it. You own the delivered files once paid.
- AI use. We use AI tools, including Claude, to produce the work, and a person reviews every deliverable before it ships.
- Refunds. Full refund if we haven't started. Once work is delivered, we fix it against the scope rather than refund.
- No advice. This is engineering and marketing production. It isn't legal, financial or security certification.
